<STYLE>...</STYLE>

This tag is a container for style sheet elements to use with this document. The tag must be placed inside the HEAD tag. To hide the contents of the tag for browsers that do not support the tag you can use the !-- tag.

The World Wide Web Consortium has published the final version of the level 1 of the Cascading Style Sheet mechanism out=>.

TYPE
IE
This identifies the content-type of the used style-sheet elements. Currently the only known type is "text/css", which is used for cascading style sheets.
