24 If you have a 17, 18 or 19 page PDF document you should add the appropriate number of blank pages to make it 20-pages. To do so, you can:
29 Create a blank PDF using <app>Open Office Word Processor</app>.
34 Merge the blank pages with your PDF document using <app>PDF-Shuffler</app> placing the blank pages at the end.
45 Click <guiseq><gui>File</gui><gui>Print</gui></guiseq>.
50 Choose the <gui>General</gui> tab.
53 Under <em>Range</em>, choose <gui>Pages</gui>.
57 Type the numbers of the pages in this order:
58 <item>20, 1, 2, 19, 18, 3, 4, 17, 16, 5, 6, 15, 14, 7, 8, 13, 12, 9, 10, 11</item>
64 Choose the <gui>Page Setup</gui> tab.
67 Under <em>Layout</em>, in the <gui>Two-side</gui> menu, select <gui>One Sided</gui>.
70 In the <gui>Pages per side</gui> menu, select <gui>2</gui>.
73 In the <gui>Page ordering</gui> menu, select <gui>Left to right</gui>.
76 In the <gui>Only print</gui> menu, select <gui>Odd sheets</gui>.

86 When all the pages have printed, flip the pages over and place them back in the printer.
