26 If you have a 3-Page PDF document you should add a blank page to make it 4-pages. To do so, you can:
31 Create a blank PDF using <app>Open Office Word Processor</app>.
36 Merge the blank page with your PDF document using <app>PDF-Shuffler</app> placing the blank page at the end.
47 Click <guiseq><gui>File</gui><gui>Print</gui></guiseq>.
54 Choose the <gui>General</gui> tab.
57 Under <em>Range</em>, choose <gui>Pages</gui>.
60 Type the numbers of the pages in this order: 4, 1, 2, 3
65 Choose the <gui>Page Setup</gui> tab.
68 Under <em>Layout</em>, in the <gui>Two-side</gui> menu, select <gui>One Sided</gui>.
71 In the <gui>Pages per side</gui> menu, select <gui>2</gui>.
