CBIA Group brings together experts in computer science, mathematics and physics, but also biology and medicine, who monitor cell behavior, which is used, for example, for the correct diagnosis and treatment of diseases and research into the effectiveness of drugs.

IN LEMMA we develop applications and technologies for processing large data collections, including multimedia (digital libraries, film production and post-production). LEMMA is a playground where various fields intersect and projects for practice are created, in three areas: information retrieval (in digital libraries such as arXiv, etc.), machine learning methods (recognition by walking), production of multimedia content (tradition of film festivals, festival.fi.muni.cz ).

Graphic design and multimedia studio provides interdisciplinary education in the field of graphic design, focuses primarily on digital media. He deals with topics such as generative design programming, creation of applications for interactive media, animation, video, 3D digital modeling and 3D printing, e-publishing, web design, font creation, game creation and interactive information graphics.
