Secretariat of the Faculty of Informatics MU

The Secretariat of the Dean of the Faculty provides organisational and administrative support related to the performance of the functions of the Dean, the Secretary and other members of the Faculty management.

The Assistant to the Dean facilitates the Dean's contact with other faculty staff, as well as the organisation of meetings of the management and the Dean's College and other committees and advisory bodies, including the preparation of materials, taking minutes and maintaining archives.

The Dean's Secretariat includes a mailroom which maintains the filing service in accordance with the Filing and Shredding Regulations.
