KA5 - Team Leadership - Intensive Practice
Increasing emphasis on the more practical focus of doctoral studies and the assumption that graduates will increasingly apply beyond the academic sphere necessarily lead to the conclusion that most graduates will work in teams or lead them directly. Personal practical experience with team management is a very important prerequisite for the full development of the necessary skills.
At the same time, the share of team-oriented research and development will grow at the faculty as well. A team of trainers is already being formed around teams to deal with long-term solutions to specific practical problems. We would like to take this opportunity to intensify the involvement of doctoral students in these activities, to the creation of smaller teams led by the student under the supervision of the supervisor consultant.
