RTC brings huge advance in the possibilities and efficiency of the training not only from the perspective of students and teachers, but also from the perspective of the university, which can, thanks to RTC, provide alumni with the knowledge of the professional development tools and therefore increase the chance of being real professionals in their future job.
By incorporation the RTC into its portfolio has the Faculty of Informatics not only gained a professional tool for controlling and monitoring the students' projects but also increases the professional qualification and soft-skills of the students.

The tutor can check the work done on the current phase easily and can discuss the problems with the students by using comments at Work Items. Last but not least, the email notifications are a comfortable tool both for teachers and the students. They enable them to be informed about important event without the need to search for them.

Second, the teachers of the subject will gain better and more effective monitoring over the students' projects. Third, the university benefits not only from the increase of qualification of the students, but can also, thanks to the close collaboration with IBM, develop research activities in the field of software engineering.
