Motivation

Not only very good knowledge in the field of the graduates' study, but also mastery in soft skills is taken into consideration by companies when searching for new employees. As opposed to the rising demand from the employers, not many courses incorporate soft skills, namely team collaboration.

Students usually only meet tools for versioning control, but they hardly ever come over more sophisticated professional tools that help solve the problems of team collaboration such as iteration planning or ticket tracking. The companies have to spend additional expenses when training the alumni in these skills.

The trends in the developement and management of the projects keep progressing very fast and the agile methodologies get more and more popular. These facts have to be reflected into the way the training of the new generation of the developers, analytics and project managers is done at the universities.
